Our tools are independent and you can choose what you want to include in your subscription. For example, in the automated customer relations tool, you can choose to use only part of the services linked to the pre-stay or post-stay. We adapt to your needs.
Billing can be done on a monthly, quarterly or annually basis.
Apart from the license cost, there is a fixed cost linked to the implementation of your property, which includes the creation of your account, the configuration of the tools to which you have subscribed, connecting to your PMS, the training of your teams, etc.

A dedicated account manager will take care of setting up your account. Each implementation is unique and that is why we support you in a personalized way at each stage.
While setting up the different tools in the CRM, we will ensure good connectivity with your PMS. We recommend that you contact your service provider to ensure that you have the necessary options for connectivity to a CRM. Some PMS charge hotels to connect to a third-party service. Here again, check with your provider directly.

Your database will be based around the reservations present in your PMS, the history of which we can import. All of our tools allow you to feed the content of your customer files in real time. You will also have the possibility to create access levels according to user groups.

Creating a group account is free. You will thus have access for each property, whether hotel and/or restaurants. A group dashboard will allow you to access individual data for each account, but you will also find cross-referenced statistics at group level.

We meet the requirements of european authorities on company obligations regarding data protection. All data is stored in France and is not communicated to a third party.
When you join Experience, we provide you with our data processing agreement where you will find all our contractual obligations as a subcontractor.
